With over a decade of experience in integrative health, Bunny offers advanced, evidence-informed care for clients navigating chronic pain, trauma, stress, and neurodivergence.
Drawing on specialized training in medical massage, somatics, positive psychology, and nervous system regulation, Bunny provides targeted, trauma-aware support that goes beyond surface-level symptom relief. Let’s co-regulate in community together in these chaotic unprecedented times! This free bi-weekly class is open to folks of all levels on the somatic and meditation experience spectrum.
The only rule in this class is to listen to your body! There is no right or wrong way to experience or move through this class. We hold class digitally over Google Meet. Cameras on are encouraged but entirely optional. Please show up as you are!
We will start with some jumping, shaking, dancing, or whatever feels good to you in the moment. Our playlist consists of empowerment songs, to get our hearts pumping, and slower medicine songs to soothe our systems. Guided somatic movements will be offered and can be enjoyed or passed on by your free will.
Our second half of the class involves settling in and getting present. Our meditation is trauma informed - and again has no “correct” way. It works best if you do it your way. Eyes open, closed, or soft gaze, any position you want. We will tap into our senses and find our way to the here and now.
